Ash Wednesday Service

Ash Wednesday Service is the beginning of our observance of Lent. Ash Wednesday or Day of Ashes  name comes from the practice of rubbing ashes on one’s forehead in the sigh of a cross. Lent is a period of fasting, moderation, and self-denial ending with Easter Sunday.
